Dr Eleanor Yeo is your friendly and passionate local GP, dedicated to caring for families across all stages of life. A proud graduate of the University of Tasmania (2002), she completed her General Practice training in 2008 while serving regional Western Australia communities.

With broad experience in family medicine, including paediatrics, antenatal care, women’s health, and aged care, Dr Yeo provides personalised, holistic healthcare with warmth, empathy, and attention to detail.

Since settling in Perth with her young family in 2015, Dr Yeo has built lasting relationships with her patients and is now excited to welcome both existing and new patients to Next Practice Claremont, where compassionate care meets modern innovation.

• Modern, calm clinic environment with state-of-the-art facilities

👩‍⚕️ Your Role:
• Assist doctors with procedures and care plans
• Perform vaccinations, ECGs, wound care, and health assessments
• Support chronic disease management and patient education
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care every day

✨ Who You Are:
• AHPRA-registered RN or EN
• Friendly, professional, and proactive
• Enjoys teamwork and learning new technologies
• Previous GP or primary care experience preferred (but not essential)

📅 Availability:
Part-time or full-time – flexible days. Immediate start available.

📍 Location:
Next Practice Claremont – beautifully designed, tech-enabled medical centre located below The Grove apartments, Claremont.
