📣 Meet Simen — our new Senior Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist at PROmotion Health!
We’re thrilled to welcome Simen to the PROmotion Health team! 👋

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Simen is passionate about helping people move better and live pain-free — whether it’s recovering from injury, overcoming persistent pain, or maximising athletic performance.

💪 Areas of expertise:
• Spinal conditions (neck & lower back pain)
• Shoulder and upper limb injuries
• Persistent and chronic pain management
• Lower limb sports injuries
• Athlete preparation and performance (endurance & alpine sports)

Simen holds dual Master’s degrees in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (University of Bergen, Norway) and Sports Physiotherapy (Curtin University), alongside Bachelor’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Sport Sciences.

He’s worked with elite athletes — including three seasons with the Norwegian Men’s Alpine Ski Team — and brings a wealth of experience from multidisciplinary teams across orthopaedics, neurology, rheumatology, and sports medicine.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Simen training for triathlons, strength training, running, or exploring new places. 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️✈️

We’re so excited to have Simen on board — and we know our community will benefit from his knowledge, energy, and passion for movement and performance.
