The breath teaches us the rhythm of release. Every exhale is a reminder that letting go is natural.

Ask yourself ( or journal) What does letting go mean to me?

Practice:

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Exhale fully through your mouth with a sigh.

Repeat 10 times, silently saying “I let go” with each exhale.

Place a hand on your heart and notice the spaciousness within.

Journal Prompt - What am I holding onto that no longer serves me ?

☀️ Write freely for 10 minutes, letting your words flow without judgement

☀️ When you have finished, choose one word that represents mostly what you are ready to release.

☀️ Write the word on a separate piece of paper and place this somewhere visible and use this as a gentle reminder of what you are working towards releasing this week.

☀️ Take 3 slow, deep breaths and on each exhale, say out loud. "i am ready to let go of (add your word you wrote down) "

Last week, we explored Presence - grounding into the here and now, connecting with our senses and arriving fully. This week, we move into a theme that is both tender and powerful: Self-Love.

So often, we give love easily to others, yet forget to turn that same kindness, compassion, and care inward. Self-love is not about ego or perfection. It’s about honouring ourselves as we are, with gentleness and acceptance.

Today is an invitation to soften toward yourself. To speak to yourself as you would a dear friend. To hold space for all the parts of you both the light and the shadow, and know that every part is worthy of love.

Let’s begin this journey inward, with open hearts.

Feel the space open.
Notice the breath as it rises and falls.
Sense yourself arriving, fully here.

The pause is not emptiness but fullness - a gentle reminder that life is waiting to be received in every moment.

Your body is always here, whispering truth in the language of sensation.
Today, pause and gently place your hand on your heart or belly.
Ask, “What do you need right now?”

Observe your posture, energy, and subtle signals.
The body is the doorway into presence - if we soften enough to listen.
