🪷 For Valentine’s Day, I’ve created a special blend for treatments using ylang ylang, orange and rose to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and aid relaxation.
And you can also make this simple blend at home to unwind in the evening, create a gentle self-care ritual, or bring a little more softness and presence into your day.
🙌 What You’ll Need
💕30ml carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, or fractionated coconut oil)
💕A 30ml dark glass bottle
💕 Essential oils:
Blend (1% dilution – safe for general adult use)
🩷 2 drops Ylang Ylang
🩷 2 drops Sweet Orange
🩷 1 drop Rose
🥰 That’s it — 5 drops total in 30ml keeps it gentle and skin-friendly.
Close the lid and gently roll the bottle between your hands to mix.
