"30 min Free Meditation classes". It has been wonderful hearing your experiences and meeting you all.

If you would like your work group, friends or family to host one of our free classes I would love to hear from you.

Using the Zoom platform I will provide a 30 Min class incorporating different meditation techniques for all levels of experience.

Introducing or continuing your practise keeping it simple and effective. Providing you with a place to relax, be present in your day, gain productivity, clarity or just come along for your own individual experience.

Look forward to hearing for you :)

After a month in the Kimberly region with no reception I am back in Perth :), What a wonderful trip surrounded by the raw energy of Mother Nature and cut off from our phones!
How grateful I am to have spent this time with such wonderful people guests and crew.
Thank you for sharing the practise of yoga in this remote area.
The helicopter taking off while holding our yoga mats down was rather entertaining, but we kept our serene space.
yoga every morning, exploring the Kimberly cliff faces, waterfalls, marine life, and eating endless amounts of Sarah's food!
I hope to see you all on the mat in Perth soon :)

Two years of house/pet sitting has gone so fast, I could not be more thankful to have been able to live this way. Minimalistic (to a point) you still end up accumulating β€œstuff” but l have learnt to live with less. Or-though I would love my own garden! 🌿🍁🌹And now to house sit on the other side of the country, accomodation whilst traveling. Love from animals and freedom to feel like your traveling your own city.

Fiona Mofflin, Kylie Bryant shared their passion for essential oils with us as we all shared such a beautiful space we are so grateful for Feathers Yoga Room ΰ₯

What a fantastic turn out at Oils Club in Clarkson/Joondalup. Tonight it Oils Club was hosted at the beautiful Feathers Yoga Room which is owned by Crystal Williams We had 16 registered but ended up with 26 people attending. Thank you to Kylie Bryant and Tanya Partington for their presentations on Winter Wellness. To top the night off the delightful Rachel Mcdonald guided us through a meditation incorporating White Angelica oil and wow what a way to end a fabulous meeting.
