Sleep education is important.

🤩Pregnancy is amazing and waiting for our little baby is a wonderful journey full of new experiences and preparation for the new life that is about to start!

👍Make sure you are prepared and educated in SLEEP because yes you need to know everything possible about SLEEP.

This beautiful picture of the couple can fade very quickly when a few sleepless nights happen.

You may read that Sleep is Natural and you must adapt to not sleep but is not true. Humans need Sleep and Parents need to sleep more because they have the task of growing and caring for a new little human.
If you sleep your family will be a happy Family.

We can offer education to pregnant couples, start early and enjoy the newborn days as only some couples do.

Our Family Health Care was established because we realised many allied health clinicians, particularly women, and especially mums, were feeling the same way.

We had a vision: of coming together and creating a space where we could have clinical suites on a sessional basis with a dedicated admin team; where we could thrive as a sole/small business; where we did not have to sacrifice our clinical expertise to be a business owner; where we would have the support of a group of like-minded clinicians; and where, together, we could provide holistic multi-professional health care for families.

We are specifically looking for sports dietitians, sports physiotherapists and sports physicians to add to our existing sports medicine businesses.
