Merry Christmas🎄& Happy New Year🌈🥰🥰
It’s truly been a year, hasn’t it?🤪🤪😝😝
I look back on this year with gratitude (now😅)
for the shedding of old beliefs, programmes & detrimental cycles…🙏🏻🌀
The shedding has been so painful, unnerving, confusing & almost debilitating….however throughout it all…
I recognised that I was “becoming” more of myself not less🌈
Often forgetting that space needs to be created for new things to come in…old thought patterns & beliefs that are done ✅…..need to be shifted out, in order to create space for the new!🌈🌈
That “shifting out” is not easy.
And often in that moment…it feels so confusing & hard….
and “that I’ll be stuck there forever”…😝😝
….And then we wake up again to a new day🌈🤩
And have another crack…drawing on the strength from within, we get through another day…one step in front of the other🙏🏻🌈💕
Thankfully, the space created, is filled through awareness & acknowledging how far you’ve come!🥳🥳💃💃🌈🤩🥰
🎁Affirmations created from our learnings, can be said in repetition each day & fills the space that was created…
Which actually “recreates the neural pathways” with the positive intentions for the choices, of what you do want!🥳
This Christmas Season 🎄
And this New Year coming, is one we can fully embrace, knowing we have made it this far…we have strength within to draw on & the right support people around us, to step forward with confidence 🙏🏻🌈💃💕
May you truly feel blessed & loved🥰💝❤️
May you know you are not alone…even when you feel it🙏🏻
