You might not feel like you're healing. But you probably are.

Here are 3 signs you're actually making progress:

Some mental health truths that don't get talked about enough:

Healing is not linear. Having a bad month doesn't mean you've lost all your progress.

Self-care is often boring. It's not just bubble baths. It's setting boundaries, paying bills, making that doctor's appointment, and going to bed on time.

You don't have to be at "rock bottom" to go to therapy. You can go simply to learn more about yourself or to manage everyday stress.

A "trauma" isn't just a single, catastrophic event. It can be a series of smaller, painful experiences that slowly wore you down.

You can have a good life and still struggle with your mental health. Gratitude and depression can co-exist.

It's okay if your journey doesn't look like someone else's.

✅ What negative thought loops would be gone?
✅ What would bring you a moment of simple joy in your morning routine?

Each day has a different prompt. Just 3-5 minutes of reflection.

Let's practice a simple reframe. 🧠

Instead of: "I'm so awkward. Everyone thinks I'm weird."
Try: "I'm feeling anxious in a social setting, which is a normal human feeling. I am allowed to be quiet and just listen."

Instead of: "I've made no progress."
Try: "Healing isn't linear. I'm having a hard day, but this doesn't erase the progress I've made."

This isn't about toxic positivity; it's about self-compassion.
