STOP CHASING “CAUGHT UP.”
That’s literally how you create the midweek slump.

By Wednesday, most people aren’t “unmotivated”…
they’re just stuck in this loop:
check what’s unfinished → feel behind → push harder → crash.

You’re not lazy. you’re overloaded.

What to stop doing (today):
Stop using your to-do list as a personality test.
It’s not proof you’re failing. It’s just… a list.

Do this 60-second reset (solution-focused):

1) What’s one thing that’s working this week (even slightly)?
2) When is the slump less intense—morning, after food, after a walk, after a shower?
3) What did you do differently in that moment?
4) What’s the smallest version of that you can repeat in the next 10 minutes?

Today’s goal isn’t “catch up.”

It’s: make tomorrow 5% easier.

Comment “5%” and I’ll reply with a simple Wednesday prompt you can steal every week.

Instead of pushing yourself harder, ask yourself this one question:

"What's one small thing I've already done well this week that I can build on today?"

That's it. No judgment. No pressure.

Motivational interviewing works because it shifts you from "I have to" to "I want to." You're not fighting resistance—you're recognizing what's already working.
