Things to look out for if you are at risk of lymphoedema

What are the warning signs of lymphoedema?

Watch for
· A feeling of heaviness or tightness
· Restricted range of motion
· Recurring infections/ slow healing wounds
· Hardening and thickening of the skin
· Swelling of part or all of the arm or leg, including fingers or toes.

If in doubt, see your lymph therapist!
