We’re excited to welcome Leo Pham as the Site Coordinator for our Connect2Group Employment Services Team at the Cleveland Head Office. Leo joins us ready to lead with enthusiasm and support our continued growth as we roll out the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. We’re proud to have him on board and look forward to the positive impact he’ll bring to our team and employment participants.

Hi, I am Leo!

I recently joined the Connect2group family. I enjoy helping people and give back to the community. I have worked in the Disability Employment Sector for 12 years where I have met so many wonderful people, from participants to people that I worked with, who have changed my life.

I enjoy spending time with my family at beaches, parks and wherever we can let our dogs run.

Reaching out to let everyone know that we have vacancy in our ♀️1:3 SIL in Victoria Point in the Redlands.

There are two gentle women who have already made this house, home and we are looking for our lucky last participant🌻!

Happy to organise a meet and greet, the house is long term SIL not a rental property.

"Connect2Group would like to thank all of our sponsors who generously donated their products, services and time to making our Gala Ball event a huge success.
It was wonderful on the night to see so many happy faces of our lucky winners.
The raffle raised an amazing $851 for our Community Arts Precinct (CAP) Lifestyle Programs and will support us to provide equipment and materials to make our centre-based activities bigger and better in 2026!
