I joined as a parent and mentor working with disabilities, and I work with many young adults aged 18–20 who are carers just starting their careers. I would love to know how to help our youth to heart space. I’m a parent, teacher, education consultant, and principal. I really want to present high schools with a Breathwork program to support young people, so I’d love to go away with data, information, and ideas to structure a program. For some kids it’s patterns of neglect, general instability, and youth are faced with a lot of challenges, but there are ways we can support and resource them to be emotionally regulated. I volunteer for a registered charity helping Youth Mental Health Crisis and Crime Prevention. Helping kids to breathe and understand their own strength, empowerment, and connection with spirit is what I love. I see social media addiction, flirting to lead a person on, misunderstanding signals, lack of confidence and self-esteem as major issues. Most kids who are angry and feel unheard act out and look for something to do that will get them in trouble for attention. Can see how proud you are, Nicholas. Calm. Nicholas and Susan de Castella are practitioners and trainers who both have over 20 years experience in Breathwork.

Nicholas de Castella represented Australia in 4 world championships, but his own growth journey began in 1988 when found himself suffering from chronic fatigue. He has been a full time Breathwork practitioner since 1991 and a Breathwork Traininer for eighteen years (since 1997).

Susan de Castella began her journey of personal transformation as a teenager who suffered from anxiety. This lead her onto yoga,esoteric studies, mediation, massage, Reiki and Breathwork. She has over fifteen years experience as a Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer.

They are married with two young boys, live and breathe personal transformation. Their passion is for opening our hearts, connecting and living life to the fullest.
