Today I spoke at a hydration event and not just how much you drink, but the quality of what you drink. So I’m bringing the info to you!
You’re made up of 72% water. Every cell, organ, and hormone pathway relies on proper hydration to function at its best. Yet, most people in Melbourne (myself included once!) grew up thinking our tap water was totally fine to drink because it’s safe, right?
But safe doesn’t always mean beneficial.
