Clifton Hill Yoga Studio Yoga classes for all levels, from new Beginners to Advanced. Over 40 classes per week, including a 10am General class every day of the year.

We teach hatha yoga in the Iyengar Yoga style. The practice of yoga has many benefits; improved strength, flexibility, focus, balance, stamina and mental agility as well as reducing stress and anxiety- but ultimately, through the physical practice, it helps you to come to know yourself better. Iyengar yoga can be done at any age, from any level. With 3 studios on site, Clifton Hill Yoga offers the widest range of convenient yoga classes in Melbourne, with the most affordable combination of class prices (check out our membership subscriptions). The studio is a 300 metre walk from the express train stop of Clifton Hill (Hurstbridge or South Morang lines). Driving: From the Eastern Freeway, take the Hoddle St exit & turn right towards Queens Parade. Two hour parking is outside the door, and unlimited, free parking is only 100 metres away (around Darling Gardens). From the Tulla, exit at Brunswick St. Tram 86 from Bundoora to Docklands goes past our front door... along Bourke St in Melbourne CBD & Brunswick St Fitzroy. Get off at Stop 24 on corner of Gold St and Queens Parade. We hope to see you soon.
