Foti understands this well, so Foti can come out to you, within the Geelong region, for a reading/healing. If you prefer this approach, please ask Foti at the time of booking. Group readings are available on request. Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) sessions use techniques to place a person in a deeply relaxed state, hypnosis, and work with their Higher Self, their Spiritual support team, Angels, guides, and Higher Order Beings, to help them heal. It could be something from this life that someone is finding it difficult to let go of, it could be that symptoms are arising that have understandable connection, it could be healing from a prior lifetime, and so, so much more. BQH practitioners hold the space for clients to assist them to discover themselves, to heal and to learn. BQH practitioners don’t give you answers, we simply ask in-session questions and your Higher Self and/or Higher Beings provide the answers. Foti's BQH sessions are conducted online, using the Zoom platform. A recording of the session will be provided to you after the session, so you may continue learning and solidifying the healing as you continue listening to the recording. Sessions generally go for about four to six hours, broken down this way;
- About one hour for a pre-session conversation
- Between two and four hours for the session
- Up to one hour, post session conversation

You see friends, there is humbleness in all that we do. In all that we encounter. In all that we share. So why is this humbleness hidden? It is because the love that serves with it is also hidden.

Open the love within you and let it flow through, within and around you. Let it well up and into the ever-flowing spring that is contained within your Being. Let it be nourished from the springs of all springs – our Universal Creator/Source/God.

Sustenance must come from somewhere. Why then is it so hard to fathom that there is a Being that sustains all? That there is no other like them? That there is the one true cause. The one source of all?

Be at peace within your reality.🙏 Be at peace knowing that the peace you exude shines a bright light on, and in those around you. Know this and feel into it. Bring that peace with you at all times. Allow it to envelope you and teach you the ways of inner peace, inner beauty, unity, truth and goodness.

When is the right time to grow? When is the right time to trust? When is the right time…well…the right time for anything? That answer friends, is an answer you each hold inside of you. Let the decision and viewpoint come from the stance that you all have the answers within you.

So, having the answers to your questions within you, why is it then that the answers can not be found? Why are the answers so distant and evasive? It is simple. So easy. You need to look inside of you. Open your senses and your third eye and see the answers that you have been waiting for.

Listen to the sound of the silence that runs like a river within you, nourishing all parts of you. The well that you have brought with you from back home to this world to guide and support you.

Understand that this has given you unprecedented support from the moment you were ‘conceived’. Openly speaking, it was and is a part of your eternal Being.

Listen to it. Call upon it to guide you. More importantly, trust the inner wisdom that you receive. It is freely available and always willing to help and provide for you. Challenges provide us with opportunities. The greater and the more enduring the challenges, the greater our Soul grows, and the greater the lessons we learn.

Here in the world, at this time, the lessons are far from ideal. However, there will be a time where idealism takes a new meaning. The ones who follow their hearts will understand that the world around you can change the moment that you encourage self-reflection, self-love and self-adherence to the rule of the Universe, God’s rule, Source’s rule, Universal lore.

This is a far cry from the world in which we reside in now. Those who are living, the awakened of various spectrums, are now are living in duality. This is a splendid gift and honour to be a part of.🙏🙏 For those in this arena, in this gifted state of Being, know that you have earned it through eons of service to God/Source/Creator.

Live a life of humbleness and true form to your inner character. Let the wind and storm outside blow and rampage the external walls. But may your true beauty keep shining its stillness upon the inside walls and beautify the loving house that you live in. For the loving house is supported like never before. Trust in the love that you give yourself and then share that upon others. ❤❤

The duality of loving service coupled with life is a gift of the ages. Trust it. Feel it. Grow it. Expand it. Love our Source/Creator/God with your fullest of Being and watch the rewards be outlayed in front of you. That is the beauty of the phase we find ourselves it right now.❤🙏☀🙏❤

We all have an energy field around us. It serves a number of purposes, and forms part of the reason that we can 'sense' another person's 'energy' or mood, or just 'know' that we don't 'gel' with a particular person, situation, food, music, etc.

We can consciously expand and contract our energy fields, just like our lungs expand and contract when we breathe.🙏❤💗💗

Keeping our energy fields clear, clean and unimpeded is important. Among other things, we are impacted by our food choices, emotions, thoughts, images, sounds, and internal and external environments. Additionally, people can also affect us, particularly those that we don't 'gel' with. Some people rely on other people's positive or negative energies to emotionally satisfy themselves. Soul hunger can not be filled by another's energy for any period of time.

Please, keep your energy fields clear. It is imperative. It may not be intentional by those around you to deflate or syphon your energy, but it is your energy that suffers. Notice this when around others and act accordingly. Forgiveness goes a long way.

Eat food that makes you feel good and light, and not just because its something you have always done. Feel into the food that you eat.

Our inner being must be radiating at this point in time.🌼☀️ Let's look after our energetic bodies as well. ❤🙏💓

The Urantia book has been a point of refence for me for a few years now. Religion, truth, science, chemistry, history, geology, ecology, geography, physics, astronomy, evolution and Spiritual insight are just some of the subjects that are covered in these chapters (papers).

The papers provide its readers with a phenomenal amount of truth, a greater understanding of the meaning of life, who we are as individuals, who we are as a collective and where we are placed within the true Universe and Universe of Universes. In addition, the Life and Teachings of Jesus are also covered, in great detail and accuracy.

I have been asked a number of times, how this may intertwine with, or supersede the bible? Or any other information that we have been taught? What makes this so accurate and information that we 'know' as inaccurate? It is clearly explained at the commencement of the book, that the information written in the papers was prepared by Spiritual forces, and once complete, the information was channelled through people here on Earth, recorded and later compiled. So its not comparable to other books.

Scientists have surmised that the Earth was formed many of millions of years prior to human habitation. Therefore, there must be life beyond in some way, shape and/or form. And it is Beings who have lived for many thousands of our years, millions, and even more, that have provided this information for us to behold.

I highly recommend this book to be read by anyone who resonates with it. We are here to complete our individual missions, concurrently helping the collective mission – planetary evolution. What a blessing!

We all have free choice. Free will. It has been given to us by Source/God/Creator and therefore it can not be taken from us without it being the will of God/Source/Creator.

163:2.8 (1802.4) Thus always it was and forever will be: Men must arrive at their own decisions. There is a certain range of the freedom of choice which mortals may exercise. The forces of the spiritual world will not coerce man; they allow him to go the way of his own choosing.

Therefore, it is logical that we shall follow the path of God/Source/Creator, and in doing so, our reward is eternal life. The way of God/Source/Creator is the only way. Loving, caring, nurturing, trusting, abiding, familial, social, Spirit indwelt. If we don’t choose this path, every opportunity will be afforded us to encourage us to do so but if we continue to refuse, instant obliteration will follow.

Our guides and the Universe is here to help us in our daily lives as we venture into our life/experience here on Earth. We can choose to allow, trust and have faith in the Universe to help us, or we can try and do it alone. The choice is ours to make.

100:2.5 (1096.2) Eternal life is the endless quest for infinite values.

100:2.6 (1096.3) The goal of human self-realization should be spiritual, not material. The only realities worth striving for are divine, spiritual, and eternal. Communicate daily with your true inner presence, the “higher self’ the ‘inner wisdom’, the ‘ever-present guide’ that is within us all. When you establish this connection, trust it and allow it to work with you in every way possible. The uninterrupted, unhindered and clear communication with your inner presence is invaluable. Our Souls know what we need in our lives at any moment, to reach all that we have set out to attain in this life.

Be confident and aware that all things are in order, in Divine Order. Be present with yourself at all times and send gratitude for all that we have, and is given to us, to experience this life with. Gratitude to others goes a long, long way also.

A greater sense of insight and self determination to forgo the old ways of living, and commence the new way of Being, is needed by all of us. This will truly bring many to a heightened sense of happiness.

There is such beauty in enjoying the inner peace and comfort that comes from trusting the present moment that we are in. Joy is also received when committing to being present and committing to being morally righteous. Living with our ‘senses’ open has such potential, and is expansively supported by our LOVING Universe in untold ways. For love and peace, coupled with spiritual insight, are the true foundational factors required in forward movement.

Promote peace and love within your life while removing fear and doubt.

In recent weeks, I have delved into a depth of inner peace, knowing and connection that I have not had for a while, if not in this lifetime/experience.🧘🙏❤💗 I can honestly say that we are indeed in this world at this time for an experience. Much is challenging us but we must stay focused. Often times the analogy of birthing is used, and indeed the pain, experience, challenges and emotions surrounding birthing are now being felt on a global scale.

Be at peace with all that you see. All that you feel. All you know and sense. Trust that all is well at hand, even though we can’t see it from our viewpoint. Remove fear from your vocabulary and life, replacing it with love, peace and acceptance. The Universe will respond❤. I can share from my own experience that removing fear from our lives makes an incredible difference and our intention to do so, is a huge step towards trusting the Universe to provide for us.🙏 Time is needed for the process to take place. And when it does eventuate, we will be deeply appreciative of the outcome. Beyond our 'expectation(s)'.

We are beings with incredible abilities available to us. We need to trust in God/Source/Creator to receive them. They indeed will come.🙏❤❤🙏

While standing at a lookout on top of a cliff this week, I looked up and saw a shape of a bird with wings spread, followed by a long stream behind it. I spent a few moments appreciating it, before deciding to take a picture. Thankfully the outline is still visible.

I believe that we must all set our intention to God/Source/Creator and then commit to that path, facing upwards and forwards. Focus on that one direction no matter what distractions we see, face, endure or, indeed, are inbound. Know the path that you are on and follow it with certainty. With clarity. With conviction. With calm and with peace. With faith. Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t doubt.

We have so much support around us at this time it is beyond incredible. A bird can change course rapidly mid-flight to avoid an obstacle, this does not mean that it loses its ultimate direction/landing point. With God/Source/Creator oriented focus, we can not fail. Although we may stumble, please don’t underestimate the power of intention.

Take the time each day to focus on your inner work and re-align yourself with your true path.

May we all find our Peace and remain within it.🙏❤
