I’ve decided to take my own advice

“Sometimes you have to come to a complete stop, in order to change direction”.

So

I’m going to a Darkroom Retreat at Tao Gardens in Thailand

to

Learn Taoist Practices
Give my eyes a rest from screen time
Be with my own thoughts
Close out some inner dialogues
Have nothing more to do than be with myself - mind, body, spirit and soul
Eat a Pi Gu diet like the monks did
End some addictive behaviours
Smile at my organs and heal them
Sleep in complete silence
Slow down
Be in devotion
Reconnect with the art of living in presence and flow
And more

My insights whilst interning this weekend for body psychotherapy.

What if you could put aside your doubt and just try the experience. Then you can compare your doubts to the actual experience.

What was underneath the doubt?
And then under that, and under that?

Until you reach a place where you either want to stop and feel into that underneath, and
Other times you will go deeper and deeper to follow the ah ha’s

And clear out a whole lot of unnecessary beliefs and ways of being.
