🔹 environments that trigger anxiety and sensory overload
🔹 a lack of psychological safety
🔹 rigid behavioural expectations that ignore brain-based needs
🔹 teaching approaches that privilege one way of learning

When we create inclusive, flexible environments that honour different ways of thinking and learning, every child has the opportunity to thrive, not just cope.
