⚠️ Rounded shoulders from your desk job, or phone neck?

💥The pecs can often get tight, causing your shoulders to round. (Having an internally rotated humerus, while at a desk or while we’re on our phones, shortens the pec muscle)

✅ Try this exercise to loosen the front of your shoulder, and manage your rounded shoulders!

🚫 Stop doing crunches for your CORE! Instead, do these

For years I did crunches for the ‘six-pack abs’. But during the process, I developed lower back pain. Does this sounds like you?

This is because, crunches actually works your ‘hip flexor’ muscles, and can cause lower back pain (if performed incorrectly).

So if you are in pain whilst crunching, but still want to work your core, try this ‘bird-dog’ exercise instead.

Benefits
✅ Improves torso anti-rotation
✅ Helps build fundamental strength for other exercises

💥 Stretches for Sciatica

Do you have numbness/tingling or shooting pain down the back of your leg? Long periods of sitting may aggravate this.

Glute stretches aim to stretch the muscles around the hip.
Nerve flossing helps the nerve to glide in its casing (neural sheath).

Causes include disc bulge, muscle tension, narrow spinal column, etc. Be sure to see your allied health professional for a diagnosis.
