Closing the doors of my commercial space has taught me so much.

That slowing down isn’t stepping back — it’s making space for what truly matters.
That family, health, and happiness have to come first.

And that passion doesn’t fade — it grows when you give it time to breathe. 🤍

Body Contour & Restore has always been about transformation — and this chapter is no different. Over the past few weeks, I’ve reflected on how much this space, and all of you, mean to me. The conversations, the laughter, and the incredible transformations I’ve witnessed are what continue to fuel my love for what I do.

Our doors will close this Saturday, 8th November, as I take a short break to focus on family and reset before reopening in March 2026, right back where it all began — in my original Sapphire studio. The flexibility of working close to home means I can pour even more love and energy into every part of this business.

I’m endlessly grateful for everyone who’s trusted me to be part of their journey — your support means the world.

This is just the intermission… and I promise, the comeback will be worth the wait. ✨

After so many incredible years helping clients transform their confidence and wellbeing, I’ve made the decision to press pause for a little while.

From 8th November, Body Contour & Restore will be temporarily closing its doors while I take some much-needed time to slow down and focus on my family — especially over the busy school holidays.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s simply a chance to reset, recharge, and come back even better. In March 2026, I’ll be reopening in a space that’s incredibly close to my heart — my original Sapphire studio, where this journey first began. Having my business right outside my home means I can be more present for my family while still doing what I love most — helping people through life-changing treatments like Emsella, WonderFace, Total Xen, and Emsculpt.

I can’t thank you all enough for your ongoing support, trust, and love. This next chapter feels so right — and I can’t wait to welcome you back next year, refreshed, re-energised, and ready for even more transformation together. ✨
