Position: Female Support Worker
Location: Coffs Harbour Area
What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with complex mental health needs, offering compassionate care and understanding.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment, building trusting relationships with clients to assist them in achieving their mental health goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support networks to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening skills, understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals with complex mental health conditions.
What We're Looking For:
- Female support worker within the age range of 20 to 30 with experience in complex mental health care, possessing a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships.
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with mental health challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing circumstances and client needs.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- First Aid including CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain
