The Role at a Glance
This position is designed for those who understand that support is about the "little things" as much as the "big things." You will be working with clients who require a range of physical and emotional support tailored to their specific lifestyle.
* Personal Care: Providing respectful assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Mobility Assistance: Supporting clients with movement, which may include manual handling, use of hoists, or assistance with walking aids (training provided where necessary).
* Domestic Assistance: Helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable living environment.
* Companionship: Building a trusting rapport and supporting social/community engagement.

* Resilience: Comfort working with varying physical requirements where stamina and care are required.
* Flexibility: Availability to work a varying roster, including mornings, evenings, and active or sleepover overnights.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Disability or Aged Care (Experience with mobility assistance highly regarded).
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
* Valid Police Check and relevant Worker Screening Checks.
* A valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
* Gender is a genuine occupational requirement for this role to ensure the privacy, modesty, and comfort of our female clients.
