Take a trip down memory lane with me this International Women’s Day…. 💕✨

Reflecting on this crazy journey, the proud moments, the awkward ones, the wins, the cringey phases, and everything in between. 😅

I’m celebrating every version of me that got me to where I am now, every time I started from scratch, every time I didn’t know what I was doing, or how I could make it work…… the brave one, the unsure one, the one figuring it out as she went. Growth isn’t always polished or perfect, but it’s always worth it. ✨

There has been tears, doubts, fears, imposter syndrome, mistakes and lessons learned. (Oh has there ever…thanks universe for keeping me humble).. 😅🫠

But there has also been huge wins, unexpected blessings, dreams realised, goals achieved, visions turned into reality and a life of me doing what I love day in and day out…. And I’m not done yet…. 💪 Energetica turns 6 this year and I’m not going anywhere 🔥🙌

Here’s to every stage of becoming, and to the women who keep evolving, learning, and showing up every step of the way 🤍

Fun at the Coffs Coast Business Awards 2025 ✨

Was an honour to be selected as finalist in 2 amazing categories: Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion and Excellence in Sustainability. 🌈🙏

We didn’t walk away with the win this year, but had an incredible time celebrating alongside so many of my friends also up for awards, and having my mum, partner and friends their to support me.

Congratulations to all the winners! Shoutout to for such an awesome night!

WE ARE MOVING!!!! 🙌🙌🙌✨✨✨

That’s right, the trio you know and love at 6 Taloumbi Rd is relocating! Keys were collected Friday night and renovations are now in full swing! Come along for the ride as we transform this new space into The Chiro Coffs Wellness Center! 🥳🥳✨✨

And not only will we have shiny new location, we are also expanding our team! We are excited to welcome to Nikki from .eyesbeauty who will be joining us!

New location:📍 Suite 2, 62-64 Moonee St!
(The old Tech Addicts building) near Elbow St.

There is loads of parking and we are back out of the hustle and bustle of the main highway in the perfect spot. We are sure you’re going to LOVE our new location! The same great services (and US 😜) just bigger, better and adding to our family! ❤️

✨✨ Open Day to come……. TBA as we work very hard to smash out a 3 week renovation, expect to see us in the new place by December (renovation Gods willing 🙏)

We are SO excited for this new chapter and Wellness Space we are creating and can’t wait to share it with you! For now, treatments continue at 6 Taloumbi, follow us to watch this incredible transformation and be part of the journey! 🙌
