headspace Day 2025 🌟 headspace Grafton recently hosted a vibrant headspace Day, bringing together young people, local services, council representatives, and community members to celebrate youth mental health and wellbeing.

The day began with a heartfelt Welcome to Country led by Uncle Ken Gordon, followed by a captivating Garimaa Ngahri dance performance by Britt, Bianca, and dancers. The cultural program continued with a didgeridoo performance by Lennox, setting a powerful tone for the day.

Attendees enjoyed a range of interactive workshops and activities fostering creativity, connection, and empowerment.

Health Voyage was proud to support the day alongside Clarence Valley Council .fm and local consortium partners, celebrating the recent renovations that have refreshed the centre into an accessible, welcoming, and inspiring space for young people.

This event was a powerful reminder of the impact strong community partnerships can have in supporting youth mental health. 💚

Celebrating Student Success at headspace Coffs Harbour 🎉

At Health Voyage, we’re committed to creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow their skills and knowledge right here in regional communities.

A huge congratulations to Teah and Anastasia for completing their 5-week community nutrition placement and finalising their Nutrition & Dietetics degree! 👏✨

During their placement, Teah and Anastasia developed a targeted social media campaign for young people aged 12–25, with a focus on:

✔️ Encouraging young men to seek mental health support

✔️ The impact of cost-of-living on food choices

✔️ Strategies for positive mental health and wellbeing

Their project involved literature reviews, stakeholder consultations, and collaboration with our Young Leaders Council, ensuring the content was meaningful, engaging and evidence-informed for our local community.

💚 Thank you, Teah and Anastasia, for your energy, care and contribution to supporting youth wellbeing in our region. We’re so grateful to have been part of your journey!

🧡 What do you appreciate most about your team culture? 🧡
We asked our staff this question during Happiness at Work Week—and their answers were inspiring.

Here’s what they shared:
✨ “The respect and inclusiveness we show every day.”
✨ “How we support each other through challenges and celebrate wins together.”
✨ “Our shared values - compassion, integrity, and diversity - aren’t just words, they’re lived.”
✨ “The vibe is amazing. I feel heard, valued, and empowered.”
✨ “It’s the best place I’ve ever worked.”

At Health Voyage, we’re proud to be regional-based and values-led. Our culture is built on trust, collaboration, and a commitment to making a difference - for our teams and our community. 💚
