Here’s a little about this talented and very lovely lady!
“Hi, I’m Loren, I’ve been a remedial massage therapist since 2015 and have worked in some of Melbourne’s best and busiest clinics. I moved to the Coffs Coast in 2022, and it’s a joy to continue to offer massage at a slower pace while I look after my young kids and run a handmade gelato business.
My treatments are tailored, holistic, and driven by curiosity. Clients frequently say that they have never had a massage quite like mine before.
I draw on a wide range of soft tissue techniques including myofascial release, trigger-point, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilisation, active-release, proprioceptive facilitation, taping and more. I blend it all into flow with a few relaxing spa elements to create a unique treatment for the person in front of me.
My goal is for you to walk out feeling cared for and floaty with improved function, reduced discomfort so your body can optimise healing and rest.
I am a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist (Diploma, Southern School of Natural Therapy), and a proud member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.”
A highlight of Loren’s massages are the targeted relief, whilst it being very supportive for the nervous system and her ability to hold space with beautiful energy, the hot towels in between different areas is also completely blissful.
