Metaqua is the body and soul program of the fitness industry. Its cleverly designed program means it will adapt to everyone’s individual needs. Using a pair of fins, kickboard or noodle the 20 exercises are easy to learn and can be tweaked to suit your wishes. Metaqua teaches you to listen to your body and at all times your head remains above water. Unlike other water based grouped programs Metaqua focuses on your own requirements, there are many Levels in the Metaqua program which in turn permits you to work gently or vigorously. Heart rate up or down whatever you desire. It is of the upmost importance that you govern your own pace. Whether you have special needs or are training at high level Metaqua will improve your performance. Since arriving in Coffs Harbour 5 years ago Metaqua has gained enormous respect from the Medical and health professionals with many referring patients to its fold.
