Enjoy a relaxed Italian-style buffet lunch, with BYO drinks, lucky door prizes and raffle tickets available on the day. Dress in red for your chance to be named best dressed and win a special giveaway.

All proceeds support the Cancer Council as part of Julie Sechi’s Stars of the Coffs Coast.

All of our desserts are now made by hand, in-house, and we have our incredibly talented (and wonderfully humble) Chef Sunshine to thank.

Pictured here with kitchen hand Julius, Sunshine is creating scrumptious apple pies from scratch — pastry and all — for our residents and for our very own Pearl Café.

Originally from the Philippines, Sunshine has 10 years' experience as a pastry chef and spent eight years working as a professional chef in Dubai before moving to Australia around 12 months ago. We’ve been lucky enough to have her as part of our Shoreline family since October, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

So for everyone who’s been asking who’s behind those delicious desserts — it’s this incredible woman! We’re truly privileged to have her on our team!

We’re thrilled to see Laine and Jim, residents of The Shoreline, featured in the February edition of Focus Magazine 🤍
