The Shoreline Turns 3!

What a fantastic celebration we had with our Shoreline family to mark three wonderful years of community, connection, and care!

A huge thank you to our talented chefs Sunshine and Christine for creating the stunning (and delicious!) birthday cake — a true show of skill and love.

And a special moment for our very first residents — Ted, Sue G*i, and David — who had the honour of cutting the cake. Here’s to many more milestones together at The Shoreline!

Your efforts in maintaining safe work practices and looking out for one another help make The Shoreline a safer and stronger workplace for everyone.

With the scaffolding now coming down, the beautiful façade of our Watermark Apartment building is finally being revealed — and what a sight it is!

Scaffolding removal is on track for early January 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome our new residents home to this incredible coastal address around Easter 2026!
