We keep our homes and bodies clean, yet often overlook the subconscious mind - where old patterns, emotions, and stress are stored.

Kundalini Rebirth is a 2-hour guided journey using Kundalini movement, conscious breathwork, mantra, and deep focus to help release deeply rooted subconscious patterns.
Expect periods of activation, emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, and spacious integration, all held in a safe, intentional container.

This is a practice that works beneath the mind, supporting renewal, clarity, and a felt sense of rebirth.
Teg is a passionate kundalini instructor and a psychotherapist who truly embodies the practice that he shares in an authentic way.

“A devoted student and teacher of yoga and embodied movement, here to guide you through practices that cultivate strength, clarity, and grounded vitality.

In my classes, we play with kinetic intelligence and creative sequencing that draws all physical, psychological, and emotional systems toward coherence. Through intentional tapas (disciplined heat) and intelligent asana, we explore the balance of sthira and sukha — steadiness and ease — moving between fluidity and stillness as the body becomes the path home, returning toward homeostasis and harmony.

With over a decade of teaching embodied practice, an Honours degree in Psychology, and advanced certifications in NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, my work bridges yogic philosophy and science.
Expect to leave grounded, clear, and more at ease in your embodied self.

Start your morning in connection with your body and feel empowered by intentional movement.

𖦹 6am - Vinyasa II
Ella is bringing the Sol community a safe and supportive way to build momentum in your physical practice. There will always be modifications available and you are encouraged to meet your body where it’s at (as always) - but this is a practice designed to notice the strength you are cultivating in the body & mind, and build confidence to access the poses gradually.

𖦹 7.30am - Pilates
Guided by Crystal, practice Pilates with intention. Crystal brings us strength & encouragement with loving awareness of the body. A creative and intelligent Pilates practice with weaving of yogic philosophy.

𖦹 9.30am - Flow
A yoga practice with Crystal. Follow the guidance of your body and move through the practice with a deep connection to your breath, body and self.

𖦹 4.30pm - Yin
Finish your week softening into stillness with the beautiful Kara. Kara’s Yin offerings are deeply nourishing with grounded philosophy and a whole lot of heart. Soothe the body & soul with gentle release.

We are excited to bring some brand new offerings to our timetable this week,

𖤓 Tuesday 11am || Mums & Bubs Pilates + Yoga (45mins)
Move, breathe and reconnect while your little one is right beside you. All ages welcome - children under 10 are free.
Gentle, supportive movement for tired bodies and busy minds - because your practice matters too.

𖤓 Thursday 3:30pm || Mums & Teens Yoga
A beautiful space for mums and teens to move together, regulate together, and reconnect. Building body awareness, emotional regulation and trust, on and off the mat.

𖤓 Thursday 5:45pm || Yin + Yoga Nidra (75 mins)
Slow, grounding Yin followed by deep rest with Yoga Nidra. Release tension, calm your nervous system and sink into profound relaxation before the weekend begins.

We are so thrilled to officially welcome the beautiful Emily to our Sol team.

Emily is a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach whose classes blend intelligent flow, breath awareness and nervous system–informed practice. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga isn’t about pushing or perfecting, but about creating steadiness, ease and sustainability in both body and mind.

Emily believes the practices and teachings of yoga unfold much like the seasons; moving, shifting and ever-changing. Her greatest intention is to support students in embodying their season as it is, and to recognise their potential once the noise begins to quieten.
Her passion for psychology weaves through her teaching, alongside a deep respect for the energetic and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
She is continually exploring the intersection between science-informed practice and the subtle, energetic world, and how both can be delivered thoughtfully, accessibly and with integrity, in classes and in everyday life.

Her path has included founding community yoga spaces, teaching and leading at respected studios in Sydney, and ongoing study in psychology and mindfulness. Today, her classes offer thoughtful sequencing and steady flow, supporting students to move with presence and leave feeling grounded, calm and connected.
