It’s always good to try something new, right?
I’m always on the lookout for simple ways to support my body without pushing it. The blend of herbs aligns beautifully with TCM principles—nourishing Blood, supporting Liver flow, and calming the Shen.

Moving through the Earth season into late harvest and into autumn, it feels like a gentle way to support digestion, anchor the nervous system, and restore balance as energy begins to draw inward.

100% Grateful
The last two weeks in clinic have reminded me just how intelligent the body truly is. Just when I thought the work couldn’t go any deeper… it absolutely has.

Clients I haven’t seen in over a year have returned, and the shifts have been profound. The balances have felt big — layered, honest, and beautifully timed. It’s as if so much of what we’ve been ready to release is finally being left behind.

What’s been most fascinating is how original imbalances are resurfacing, but with a completely different focus and readiness. The body doesn’t repeat — it reveals the next layer.

There have been tears.
Muscle twitches.
Master detox points lighting up.
Rebirthing journeys through the Extraordinary Meridians.
Timeline and Neurolinguistic patterns re-emerging in ways I haven’t witnessed in clinic for quite some time.

This is the work.
Not forcing change — but creating the space where the nervous system feels safe enough to unwind what it’s been holding.

So much gratitude for every person who walks through the doors of Achieving Balance Kinesiology and trusts the process. Your bodies are doing incredible things.

This week in the clinic has been full of deep fascia release balances.

Fascia holds the posture you default to under pressure — rounded shoulders, a tight jaw, and a braced pelvis. You can be doing chiro, physio, Pilates and yoga, but if stress keeps switching your nervous system into protection mode, the body will return to its old holding pattern.

Here’s the loop:

Stress → poor posture
Poor posture → signals the brain to stay stressed

Your body becomes the message.

Energetically, I’m seeing a gap between the Metal and Water elements.
Metal asks you to let go.
Water asks you to trust the unknown.

You know renewal is needed… but fear of the leap keeps you braced — physically and emotionally.

✨ Kinesiology can be one of your greatest tools here.
Shift the mental and emotional pattern, and the body follows.

As women, we move with the seasons. Even in the smallest moments, when we step away from the rigid 24-hour clock and honour our natural 28-day rhythm, something shifts. This is where the magic happens. When we give our bodies permission to follow their innate wisdom, we open the door to healing, realignment, and manifestation.

The easiest thing we can do is embrace the changing seasons. And with spring, we welcome the greatest shifts of all—new beginnings, fresh energy, and growth that blossoms across every area of our lives.
