This week in the clinic has been full of deep fascia release balances.
Fascia holds the posture you default to under pressure — rounded shoulders, a tight jaw, and a braced pelvis. You can be doing chiro, physio, Pilates and yoga, but if stress keeps switching your nervous system into protection mode, the body will return to its old holding pattern.
Here’s the loop:
Stress → poor posture
Poor posture → signals the brain to stay stressed
Your body becomes the message.
Energetically, I’m seeing a gap between the Metal and Water elements.
Metal asks you to let go.
Water asks you to trust the unknown.
You know renewal is needed… but fear of the leap keeps you braced — physically and emotionally.
