Join us for a soul-nourishing retreat designed to refresh your body, reignite your spirit, and reconnect you to your true essence.

What the practice of yoga has gifted me is hard to put into words.
It ripples into all parts of my life. It’s shown me presence, accountability, healing, contentment, resilience, strength, peace and direction - and so much more.
I’m not talking about just what we do on the mat, I’m talking about its entire system and philosophy.
Beautiful wisdom that feels like a remembering.

We live in a time where we can see the benefits being proven through research. But the real potency lies in the trust and surrender to the journey within the practice. The original seers and sages only had to go off of what they were achieving through their dedication and how it all felt.

Ultimately it’s up to the student as to what you might open up to within the practice.
No one else has the ability to do the work for you. It has to come from you.
As teachers we can hold space, but the depth of the practice lies in the devotion of the student.

It’s a big job mama.

To hold it all while you try and hold yourself together.

Just a little reminder that looking after yourself is one of the greatest things you can do for your mini.

Take moments to fill yourself up, so you don’t run yourself into the ground.

Because, burn out is real.

Post natal depletion is awful.

Adrenal fatigue is no joke.

And the feeling of overwhelm doesn’t serve us.

Don’t forget about you.

The time you spend nourishing yourself, supports you in being the best version of you, and a more patient, present mama.

Find what brings you back to your centre. Whether it be big or small.
It’s ok, and necessary to look after you.
