Last weekend Dr Holly had the privilege of attending the Australian Chiropractic Association’s Connecting Kids Symposium in Sydney. 📚
It was an invaluable opportunity to deepen her understanding of the 3rd and 4th trimesters and expand her knowledge in key areas such as nutrition during pregnancy, exercise in the prenatal period and return to exercise programs, and the power of the pelvic floor.
She is so grateful to be part of a profession that continues to prioritise education and collaboration in support of infants, mothers, and families during these formative stages of life.🌱
