We are so proud to announce the launch of our Healthy Ageing Hub, delivered in partnership with the Western Victoria Primary Health Network

Our new hub is all about helping our community stay active, independent and confident as they age.

We are running exercise classes, education sessions and activities designed to give our community the tools to ️age well.
