What We’re Looking For:

We prioritise outstanding clinical care over numbers or “PVA targets.”
We believe that when you provide great-quality care, your patients will follow you, and so will your professional fulfilment.
You might be the right fit if you:
 Hold, or are working towards, APA Titling in Sports, Musculoskeletal, or
Neurological Physiotherapy
 Bring 5+ years of clinical experience and a passion for evidence-based practice
 Demonstrate genuine care, curiosity, and motivation to continue learning
 Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment
 Enjoy mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive clinic culture
 Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration
 Are an Australian permanent resident or citizen (we are not currently in a
position to offer visa sponsorship)
 Hold a post graduate certificate, a masters or are willing to work towards this

 Structured professional development program, including weekly in-services and funded CPD

 A diverse caseload, including sports, MSK, vestibular, neurological, women’s health, NDIS, paediatrics, aquatic therapy, GLAD, Clinical Pilates and Geriatric Care.

After nearly 28 incredible years of running the Corio Bay Sports Treatment Clinic, it’s time for a new chapter — and I want to take a moment to say thank you to the wonderful Colac community.

It’s been an honour and a privilege to care for you and your families over the years.

I’m proud to share that the clinic has now been passed on to three exceptional physiotherapists — Frances Gray, Cherise Garner and Sonam Jethwa — all 3 have worked in the business for many years and know our community inside and out.

They’re passionate, experienced, and committed to continuing the same high standard of care that our clinic is known for.

When we opened the clinic nearly 28 years ago, I never could have imagined the incredible people I’d meet or the community we’d build together.

We have had over 100 people work with us over the years and some like Sharon McGuane and Carmel Lee, our incredible receptionists, have been with me for the whole journey.

Some of my proudest moments have been having my sons Tom and Liam become physiotherapists and work in the clinic with me and also to have Dom and Alli work with us as Allied Health Assistants and an OT.

Thank you, Colac, for your trust, your loyalty, and your support.

I’m extremely grateful.
