✨️About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Senior Administration Officer to become the consistent, reliable presence in our office. This is an exciting opportunity to join the best admin team in Colac! You’ll be part of a supportive group that works collaboratively, values initiative, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic, assisting the Directors with administrative tasks, maintaining compliance obligations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

✨️Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Directors and clinical team

Learn and manage NDIS, TAC and WorkCover systems and policies (experience preferred, but training available)

Assist with HR-related tasks and processes

Set up and maintain administrative systems to support operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with government grant requirements and reporting expectations

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Manage reception duties, appointment scheduling, and client enquiries

Maintain accurate records and confidential information with discretion

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

✨️Skills & Attributes

Well presented, professional and approachable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including maturity, tactfulness and a friendly disposition

Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work autonomously and use good judgement

High level of confidentiality, discretion and reliability

Quick learner with the ability to retain information effectively

Strong relationship-building skills with staff, clients and external stakeholders

✨️Desirable

HR experience

Experience with NDIS, TAC or WorkCover systems

Connections to our local community

Experience in allied health, medical or similar administrative settings

We prioritise outstanding clinical care over numbers or “PVA targets.”

You might be the right fit if you:
 Hold, or are working towards, APA Titling in Sports, Musculoskeletal, or
Neurological Physiotherapy
 Bring 5+ years of clinical experience and a passion for evidence-based practice
 Demonstrate genuine care, curiosity, and motivation to continue learning
 Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment
 Enjoy mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive clinic culture
 Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration
 Are an Australian permanent resident or citizen (we are not currently in a
position to offer visa sponsorship)
 Hold a post graduate certificate, a masters or are willing to work towards this
