Congratulations to our Easter Colouring Competition winners 🐰✨
We had some incredible entries this year, including two amazing sister duos, and we simply couldn’t choose between them!

💛 Posey & Saffie brought the magic with fluffy bunny tails and plenty of glitter.
🌈 Indie & Aurora filled their pages with beautiful colour and patterns.

We’re officially Webster Certified 🤍

Over the weekend we completed our advanced pregnancy chiropractic certification — including formal assessment and examinations — through ICPA, with training led by Dr Stephanie Libs.

The Webster Technique is a specific analysis and adjustment of the sacrum, pelvis and surrounding ligaments to support balanced biomechanics during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum.

Pregnancy asks the body to adapt rapidly. This technique helps reduce tension, improve alignment, and create optimal space for baby to grow, supporting the body through every stage of this journey.

We’re excited to bring this level of thoughtful, advanced care to our region. Helping women and families feel supported, safe and guided through each season of pregnancy and postpartum.

It’s a relief to see the rain clouds roll in, feel the temperature drop and be home again after the week our community has carried.

Immense gratitude to the volunteers, emergency services, helicopter crews and CFA who showed up tirelessly and bravely to protect lives, land and homes.

Our hearts are with our kinfolk community who have been affected by the fires, whether the impact was big or small. Trauma doesn’t measure itself by what was lost, but by what the body has been holding.

If you’re feeling exhausted, wired, emotional, foggy or on edge, know this is your nervous system responding to stress and uncertainty. These responses are part of being human after living through fire, smoke, evacuations and constant alertness.

We’re here for you. To listen, to support, and to help your body find its way back to safety, regulation and rest. Please reach out if you need care, connection, or gentle support during this time.

Just over a week ago, Dr Peter and Dr Maddy delivered a wonderful collection of toys and goodies to Josiah and his incredible team at for the Christmas Cheer program. Once again, thank you for all that you do for our community.

Today, they’ve put out a call to any families who may need a little extra support this festive season, inviting them to register for a toy collection. They are here to support our community during this special time, so please reach out or pass this information on to anyone who may benefit.
