2026 is here and now it's time for you to get your Health & Fitness back on track.

You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to take the first step...

-Full access to the facility and group fitness classes
-2 Group classes per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Timeslots 7:00am, 10:30am or 6:15pm)

We’re back on deck this week!!

We hope you all have had an amazing Christmas 🎅🏽 and New Years 🎆.

We are running reduced hours and group fitness timetable for January and back to Normal Hours from Feb 2nd
