Hey Guys,

The Gathering of Wellbeing is a mixed-gender gathering run by Men's Wellbeing & Women's Wellbeing in the Gold Coast hinterland, with the next GOW next February 27th - March 1st 2026.

Richmond Heath attended last year & found it profound - with the 'line in the sand' exercise more deeply moving & heart-opening for me personally than any heart space I have experienced in a men's only gathering to date.

He's planning to attend & facilitate a workshop again next year, & is hopeful other men & women from the extended Menergy community might also attend in the hope of getting a feel for the event, then running our own mixed gender gathering in Victoria just as we did with Menergy.

Based in Victoria, Paul has invested more than 12,000 hours into his Men’s work online platform and has been one of our most consistent and vocal supporters over many years.

He has attended every Menergy Gathering since its inception and continues to live and breathe men’s work every day.

Paul embodies the spirit of service, authenticity, and brotherhood that Mens Wellbeing stands for, and this Life Membership is a small but heartfelt acknowledgment of his extraordinary contribution."

You're invited to help us celebrate 10 years of Common Ground in Victoria.

Ten years ago, Mens Wellbeing introduced the Common Ground program to Victoria. This 9-week facilitated experiential group program for men has since impacted the lives of over a hundred Victorian men.

To mark this milestone we invite you to a celebration evening to meet past participants, facilitators, prospective program members and supporters alike.

Date: Friday 28th November 2025
Location: Bargoonga Nganjin, North Fitzroy Library, Fitzroy North.

Scott Carson is a heart-centred community leader, speaker, and founder of The Business of Smiles, a grassroots movement helping men reconnect to themselves and to each other through courage, conversation, and presence.

From growing up on the streets at 14 to running a not-for-profit supporting men in crisis, Scott’s life has been shaped by one truth:
