🌿 To the Generation Who Carried So Much 🌿

It’s inevitable that we age, no matter how much we may resist the idea of growing older. But what I’ve noticed is many of you our beautiful parents, the 70+ generation, have spent a lifetime being strong, reliable, and independent.

They didn’t always speak about their feelings or ask for help— they simply got on with it.

Now, the roles have shifted. The world doesn’t look to them always in the same way it once did, and that can feel like going from being valued and driven… to almost invisible.

But let me remind you—they are not invisible.
They carry wisdom, resilience, and stories that matter.

I support people in reconnecting with themselves—body, mind, and emotions—so that they don’t have to "go it alone" anymore.

It’s about helping your body soften, the mind clear, and the spirit breathe again.

You are still here.
You still matter.
And you don’t have to keep pushing everything down.

Growing older isn’t the end of your story—

HOW BLESSED AM I TO CALL THIS MY JOB....

Sharing my latest client google review beacause it has made my heart so full, and I want you all to know there is always hope, no matter what you are going through, you don't need to pull back or isolate yourself, you can be like this beautiful client and be brave and ask for help.... 💫🙏

After seven years of panic attacks, a fear of enclosed spaces, and constant discomfort with unfamiliar environments, I felt completely trapped in my own life. Travelling or even being in a crowded place seemed impossible...

Then I met Marni.

Her approach is unlike anything I had tried before. Through gentle kinesiology techniques, she helped my body release deep tension and emotional patterns I didn’t even realise I was holding. What stood out the most is how she works with the body, the nervous system and the mind together. It’s subtle, powerful and never overwhelming.

Change didn’t feel forced. It felt natural, safe and lasting. After just a few sessions, I felt a real shift. I recently travelled for the first time in years, calmly and confidently. We’re already planning our next trip.
