It's my intention, that through my experience and training, I am able to help others move through their life journey and healing with ease, love and compassion for themselves.
I have experienced and trained in modalities that have worked wonders for me personally.
*Heal Your Life by Louise Hay brought self love and healing to my life.
*EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping has released blocked emotions within my body.
*Reiki brought calm and balance to my life.
*Meditation gave me a connection to source and a deeper awareness of myself.
*Bush Flower Essences have allowed me to deepen my healing while being supported by the beautiful and amazing energy of flowers.
Through my work with clients, I have witnessed Reiki help those with cancer feel peace and relaxation, enabling their body to do what it needed. Tapping has helped people let go of limiting beliefs, to move through issues and flourish in their life. And Bush Flower Essences have supported them to release blockages easily and gently.
While facilitating Heal Your Life Workshops and Study Groups I have witnessed people fall in love with themselves a little more, find their limiting beliefs and change them to positive new beliefs, creating the life they love to live.
