We are delighted to announce the Melbourne Pathology main laboratory and head office will be relocating to a new, purpose-built facility at the Docklands.

With the support of the Victorian Government, yesterday we announced our Centre of Excellence that will essentially double the size of our current laboratory. Melbourne Pathology has a long and proud history, serving the Victorian community for more than 100 years and this facility will ensure we continue to deliver long-term stability, reliability and the service Victorians have come to trust.

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, a global campaign to educate people about cervical cancer prevention, and a time to highlight the importance of regular screening and early detection.

Regular screening, which should be performed every 5 years, is crucial. All individuals aged 25 or over are eligible for regular HPV testing as part of the National Cervical Screening Program.
