She has a Bachelor of Health Science degree and is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association. With a special interest in polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormonal health and fertility, Josephine relishes helping women and men feel their best and achieve their goals. In private consultations Josephine will take a comprehensive look at your health to really understand what's impacting your health. She uses pathology and functional testing, herbal and nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle strategies get you on your way to optimal wellness. Most importantly, she educates you how to take your health into your own hands, using steps that are easy to follow. Josephine combines the strengths of scientific evidence, traditional knowledge and her own clinical experience to offer you the best action plan for being well.
