I wonder if the reason why chefs are often so FAT (I hope it’s ok to say that!), is because they eat out so much and couldn’t be BOTHERED cooking! That is what seems to be happening to me!
(Although not the FAT thing per se, because that already happened due to a different issue!)

Are you still eating the classic cereal, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast?

The problem with that particular style of breakfast is that it is mostly a combination of different types of sugars. And it will lead to a large spike in your blood sugar.

I plan to talk about why blood sugar spikes are particularly bad for your health some other time, but if you are already aware of the dangers of repeated blood sugar spikes (and crashes), then you might want to switch to a savoury breakfast.
