Perfect posture doesn't mean you have to sit perfectly in one spot all day. It's actually about variety!
🪑 Here are three things to remember if you’re sitting at a desk:
1. Make sure you change positions regularly.
2. Take regular breaks.
3. Be mindful of how you sit or stand. This can help keep you comfortable and moving well throughout the day.
We know it’s easy to get in the zone while you work, so if you find you’re not moving regularly, set yourself a timer for every 30 minutes to get up and have a micro-break or short stretch.
