Not everything that looks like psychosis is meaningless.

Some experiences carry:
• emotion
• symbolism
• unresolved trauma
• or even a sense of purpose trying to emerge

The problem is not always the experience itself.

It’s the lack of understanding, context, and support around it.

THEO is built on a different approach.

One that doesn’t immediately pathologise —
but also doesn’t ignore safety, grounding, or reality.

It’s about learning how to:
understand, integrate, and work with these experiences in a way that actually helps.

If you’ve lived this, or supported someone through it — you’ll understand why this matters.

This work has been building quietly for a while now

taking everything I’ve seen —
within the mental health system,
within lived experience,
and within deeper spiritual processes

and learning how to hold it in a way that’s actually safe, structured, and supportive

not dismissing it as illness
not romanticising it as something it’s not

but creating a space that can hold both

I’m opening a few new spaces this week
and will be sharing more over the next few days 🤍

One way of understanding hearing voices is using the term clairaudience - and learning how to set boundaries and protection - so that we can feel safe in our own energy. Another thing that can help is setting times to talk to your voices - so that they don’t overwhelm you all day every day - as there can be some wisdom and guidance in some voices. Voices can also be influenced by trauma, so if you’re having a lot of negative voices, in my experience that was link to my confidence and self esteem levels, as well as previous trauma of people hurting me and being unkind. You got this 🩷

Holding space for you to make your own meaning 🩷

Not every crisis is pathology.
Sometimes it is the nervous system responding to overwhelm.

When safety is restored, meaning can return — and with it, a sense of wholeness.

You deserve to make meaning from your experiences.

Theo isn’t a quick idea.
It’s a long-term vision.

Mental health work deserves depth.
Spiritual emergence deserves nuance.
People deserve models that don’t pathologise or bypass.

This isn’t about scaling fast.
It’s about building something that can actually hold people safely.

It’s slow.
And that’s intentional.
