Theo isn’t a quick idea.
It’s a long-term vision.

Mental health work deserves depth.
Spiritual emergence deserves nuance.
People deserve models that don’t pathologise or bypass.

This isn’t about scaling fast.
It’s about building something that can actually hold people safely.

It’s slow.
And that’s intentional.

Integration isn’t about believing everything — or rejecting everything.

It’s about learning what to hold, what to release, and how to live well afterwards.

I’m an energy healer and spiritual mentor working with spiritual crisis and altered states to help you find your inner resources and self trust again.

I have lived experience of what is called psychosis by some and spiritual initiation by others.

I help you reframe your experiences as a heightened sensitivity and a gift, and teach you how to use them.

What we often call energy, voices, or intuition can also be understood as deep human attunement.

At its core, this is about:
• sensing internal and relational states
• emotional and nervous-system attunement
• pattern recognition in thought, tone, and presence

Different fields use different language — spiritual, psychological, relational — but they’re often pointing to the same human capacity.

None cancel each other out.
They can coexist.

If you’re looking for new ways to view your experiences or reframe psychosis as a meaningful experience, you’re welcome here.

Not all voices mean the same thing.

Some are shaped by trauma and overwhelm.
Some are interpreted through spiritual frameworks like intuition or clairaudience.

When trauma is gently addressed, intrusive or negative voices often soften — making space for clearer inner guidance and regulation.

Hearing voices network groups are a non-judgmental and non-pathologising space to talk about voices and unusual experiences.

Facilitated by me, Jess, a lived experience educator, someone who gets it from the inside.

There’s is no pressure to share, listening only and video off is also okay.

Join the movement.
