Bill here with a quick after-hours install on a 6-pallet truck that’s on the road all day. We came in after hours and fitted a 4-metre track with 3 units, 3 straps, and ratchets, along with an extendable pole.

Normally the pole is mounted on the back door, but because this truck has a tail lift, the driver will keep it safely in the cab or inside the truck to avoid damage.

Another quick job done and the truck ready for work.

Bill on site with another A-and-B combo install completed.

This setup includes an 18-pallet trailer at the front and a 22-pallet trailer at the rear. The customer requested two straps in the rear, two in the middle, and two in the front for each gate, with the same configuration carried through the front trailer.

A practical setup designed for safe, efficient loading across both trailers.

Billy here on site after a call from M&M Truck Bodies about a 14-pallet setup.

We fitted 2 units and 2 straps in the front section to suit the 2 pallet spaces, and 5 straps, 5 ratchets, and 5 units in the rear to match the 5 pallet spaces.

We also added the StrapNGo stencil to the truck, and even though the build isn’t finished yet, the QR code is already in place for easy driver training.

Back again at the Brisbane Markets for another install.

This trailer has a mezzanine floor, which required the track to be separated, cut, and rejoined to suit the layout. The result is a clean fit on this 14-pallet curtain sider, built with driver safety in mind.

Always good to see operators looking after their drivers.
