I didn’t realise how much my relationships would change when I started working on myself✹

I thought I just needed to fix my body, feel better, have more energy but the biggest shift was how I started showing up.
More calm, grounded, present and confident in myself, which changed everything around me including my relationships!!

This part of your healing journey is the part people don’t think about (not just the physical side). It affects how you experience your whole life.

I used to start my mornings like this and I thought it was normal!!!

👉straight on my phone, no proper breakfast, training hard, rushing out the door

But my body was constantly stressed, my digestion felt off, my energy wasn’t stable and my cycle would be the first thing to change when I pushed too hard.

When I changed my mornings and actually started supporting my body, my energy felt more stable, my skin cleared and my body responded better to a deficit.

This is why I always start here with my clients. It makes a bigger difference than people think👀

I think the biggest thing I noticed after Saturday was how comfortable I felt doing itđŸ„č

I wasn’t overthinking and I wasn’t trying to say the “right” thing. I was just in it (guiding the girls, talking, moving through each part) and it all felt really natural, which is honestly such a shift for me.

Because not that long ago I was the one constantly go go go, overtraining, under fuelling, always thinking I needed to do more. And now I’m teaching women how to slow down and actually support their body properly. That really hit međŸ„Č

It also just confirmed what I see all the time with my clients: you can be doing everything “right”, but if your body is stressed, it’s not going to respond the way you want it to.

That’s the part most people skip but it’s the part that actually changes everything!!!

I loved every part of Saturday and I’ll 100% be doing another one so keep you’re eye out for my next announcementđŸ€

Doing all the “right” things but still not getting the results you want. And it’s frustrating because it feels like you should be further along by now🙃

most of the time it’s not effort that’s the problem, it’s actually the approach
