Come and experience a deep calm in body & mind by practicing with these beautiful yogic elements. This workshop will gently guide you step-by-step through this ancient practice with lightness & ease. Traditionally yoga teaches that a peaceful mind begins by practicing the outer body, before consciously turning inward to gently working with the breath, preparing a rich alignment of the system culminating in meditation.
This workshop is open to all levels – requires no experience, suitable for beginners & experienced alike. Come and touch into the richness of yoga beyond the physical poses.�
