Just letting you know that I am now working from a lovely private space (my parents’ house) in Cook A.C.T & have increased my availability.

As well as kinesiology I also offer some lovely massage techniques using Doterra essential oils.

There’s the AromaTouch technique which uses the same set of oils each time, or we can ask your body which oils it needs using the kinesiology tool of muscle testing. It’s always so interesting seeing which oils come up and what they’re all about. Always so much insight and guidance to be gained.

Happy New Year everyone! May it be the year of open hearts, open minds, quality connections, laughter, and feeling good in ourselves.
I’m back in the clinic today after a very relaxing and wholesome break. Feeling excited for what this year holds. Personally I would like to build up my business and see more kinesiology clients, do some more music (DJing & event planning), try to organise some sort of group therapy, start working in the field of psychedelic therapies (which I am now qualified in), organise a retreat & start writing a book.
These things have been floating around in my head for years but it’s been a challenging time and I haven’t felt ready to bring them to fruition until now. I have learnt a lot though!
I’m also interested in working with people on; addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, self worth, neurodivergence, relationships & more.

I’m excited to announce a new offering!

🌺 Essential Oil and Acupressure Massage 🌺

Unlike the AromaTouch Technique which uses specific oils in a specific order, in this treatment we use kinesiology techniques to pick out some beautiful essential oils specifically for you. Your body will let us know what it needs! We can explore the oils and what they’re good for, and use them for some relaxing and healing massage. We will also find a point or points on the acupuncture system (meridians) to apply some acupressure to, once again, asking your body where it needs it.

This is a completely customised treatment blending kinesiology, massage & oils and giving you whatever it is you need on the day.

Relaxing, balancing & just for you!

Sessions go for 90 minutes and are available at Ambrosia Holistic Health.
