No April Fools joke… we’re officially celebrating 7 amazing years today!

We marked the occasion the best way we know how — with croissants, fresh fruit, a delectable cake, and plenty of laughs, a game of pass the parcel 🎁 plus a whole lot of dancing and singing with great company💃🎶

A massive thank you to the incredible team members who helped bring today together — your energy and care make moments like this so special.

Taking a moment to reflect on the journey from where we started to where we are now… it’s truly incredible to think about how many people have been connected, supported, and empowered along the way.

Here’s to the past 7 years — and everything still to come 💙

Last Friday we celebrated Harmony Day together 🌏🧡

Our team is a true reflection of diversity and inclusion here in Australia, representing more than 15 different cultural backgrounds — including Māori, Samoan, Filipino, Nepali, Indian, Vietnamese, African, Scandinavian, European, and Australian origins.

We’re also proud of the incredible range of life experience across our team, with our youngest support worker aged 17 and our oldest 67.

Delicious cultural dishes were shared, from classic Aussie favourites like Vegemite sangas, fairy bread and meat pies, to a beautiful Danish delight, bringing everyone together through food and culture.

Harmony Day is a reminder that our differences are our strength. It’s what brings unique perspectives, deeper understanding, and a stronger sense of community to everything we do.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special, we are proud to be a place where everyone belongs 🧡

Our participants had the best night at the last Club Krock! 🕺💃

So much dancing, laughter and connection in such a fun and inclusive space. We can’t wait to be back on the dance floor again next Friday! 🎶✨
