I realise this is long overdue, but I’m incredibly honoured to have received the Rotary shine award back in July, recognising my work as an employer of people who live with a disability.
I’d like to thank the Rotary shine committee and the amazing people at Rehab co for nominating me and seeing the value in inclusive employment.
And to the extraordinary people I work with, your work, voice and presence are the reason this award truly belongs to you as much as it does to me 💕

A Special shout out for Taleah Pippin 👏👏👏

For the past two years, Taleah has been a much loved part of our team here at Tao Park greeting us each day with her welcoming smile and her gentle way with our horses.
We are thrilled to share the wonderful news that Taleah has now completed her certificate three in horse care through TAFE, with the right supports and a study plan delivered in a way that worked for Taleah she learned at her own pace and showed incredible dedication, strength and resilience along the way.
During her journey she has grown not only in her horsemanship skills but in confidence and emotional growth. Taleah is a kind and thoughtful young lady who truly shines when she is with the horses, we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved and we’re so excited to see where her path takes her next.

Huge gratitude for being able to be a part of such an inclusive and uplifting community, surrounded by riders whose dedication and resilience light up the arena, watching their sand dancing is an absolute heart warming experience.
Willinga Park is one of the most stunning venues I have had the pleasure to visit, the large scale sculptures are mind boggling 😊
Thank you to all that make these amazing events happen.

Rolling green pastures, eye catching sculptures, the most amazing accommodation for both horse and humans 😊 and spending time with my para community family 🥰🥰🥰 it’s hard to be away from my home and own ponies but this place is super spectacular.
Huge thanks to the team at The Arcadia Para Dressage Club for organising such a great location for a protocol clinic.

Okay… we’re a little late to crack the whip on this one 😅 — but trust us, it’s worth the wait!

At this year's The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival, something truly special occurred. One young individual set his sights high: he wasn’t just going to enter the Men’s Open Whip Cracking competition — he was going to win it.
And win it, he did. 🥇🔥
But that’s not where the story ends… His best mate was right there beside him, cracking whips and chasing dreams — and he took out 3rd place! 🥉
Through hours of practice, deep conversations with some top-notch mates, and unstoppable determination, these two demonstrated the true meaning of friendship, grit, and chasing your goals together.
First and third — side by side in life and in the ring. What a moment. What a team.
We might be a bit behind in sharing this… but legends like these deserve a spotlight, no matter the timing. 😉

As we wrap up an incredible year, we can’t help but reflect on the amazing adventures, laughter, and growth we’ve experienced together. This year has been full of fun and meaningful learning opportunities for both us and the incredible people we support. 🐴✨

From attending educational workshops that have enriched our TAFE learning journey to setting and building life goals and dreams, it’s been a year of growth, connection, and inspiration. We’ve learned so much, not just about the work we do, but about the power of support, community, and shared experiences.

A big thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this journey with us. Your enthusiasm, passion, and commitment make all the difference. 🌱💚
