Come join in our Active Ageing Exercise Class to improve your balance, strength and movement with exercises targeting bone density, muscle strength, coordination and balance.

Every Wednesday at 10am

That's a wrap for 2025 🎉

What a year!

We kicked off the year with moving into the new clinic, launching some new services and classes and our team growing to mention a few things.

What a year! Our first Christmas in the new building calls for a little break to rest, reset and enjoy time with the people who matter most 🎅🌟
We do have a handful of appointments with Amy on the open days — these are very limited, so please get in early if you need to be seen before the new year.

Clinic closed Thursday 20th and Friday 21st November

Joe and Amy will be away for a short break and some PD over the next couple of days we will be back open as normal Monday.
