Our studio classes follow an 8-week training cycle designed for optimal biomechanics and sustainable progress:
Weeks 1–2: Hypertrophy (build muscle)
Weeks 3–4: Strength (increase load)
Weeks 5–6: Endurance (longer, quality sets)
Week 7: Power (explosive movement)
Week 8: Deload (recovery + core focus — we’re here now)
We wrap each cycle with a Performance Check-In to track your power, speed, strength, and cardio progress.

Open to everyone. A great way to set your benchmark now and reassess in 8 weeks’ time.
Our coaches will guide you through the exercises and record your results so you can track your next block.
It’s a fun, relaxed session to see how far you’ve come and connect with the Native State community.
