A great alternative to using mince and you could add any type of 'Banting' topping you like. A bit of bacon is delish too!

I love some yummy mayonnaise but the store bought ones are always packed full of sugar and other nasties. The Banting version is super easy to whip up. Keeps in the fridge for a week and you can have it with anything!
Recipe as follows:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 egg yolks
Blitz together

Green Smoothie Day!

We've got a busy week in our household so it's all about quick, healthy meals that packs all the good stuff!

10 ingredients - blend together:
1 med avo
5 parsley leaves
1/4 sliced cucumber
2 handfuls baby spinach
1tsp cinnamon (optional)
5 leaves fresh mint
3 Brazil nuts
Handful coconut flakes
Handful raw almonds
1 cup green tea

Friday Night Pizza!
As a family we like to make homemade pizza on a Friday. A nice way to finish off the busy week.
I made a cauliflower base for us. A little time consuming yes but probably no more than a homemade pizza dough!
I topped it with: spinach leaves, prosciutto, avo, cheese.

Pizza base as follows:
Half a cauliflower grated
2 X eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Bit of salt

Method:
Microwave/steam cauliflower until soft then squeeze excess juice out till dry
Mix in all other ingredients and place on a baking tray and pop in the oven until crispy
