After much reflection and careful consideration, I would like to share that Cooloola Counselling Services will be closing its doors.

It has been an absolute privilege to support individuals and families in our community. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and for the meaningful connections built along the way.

As we wrap up 2025
Maybe it didn’t look the way you imagined…�but it changed you in ways you can feel, in ways you can’t explain.
There were days that lit you up from the inside,�and days that quietly broke your heart.
You said goodbye to some things… and some versions of yourself.�
You outgrew places you once loved .�You learnt who showed up… and who didnt .�And you learnt that you can show up for yourself.�
You kept going when it would’ve been so much easier not to.
This year gave you lessons you didn’t ask for,�but are forever grateful .
As this year closes, place a little gratitude onto your heart you kept going not gracefully but honestly
As you walk into a new chapter stronger than you were a year ago
You don’t need to have it all figured out.�
You just need to keep showing up for your own life.
This year changed you and that’s not a bad thing.
Heres to a brand New Year & New chapter is waiting just for you .
